Thomas had his first soccer game of the season yesterday. He was super excited and wanted to play the entire game. (he's definitely not a benchwarmer!) As you can see from the pictures, he ran his little legs off. He was determined to make a goal and in the third quarter he finally made one- he was so excited. His team lost this game 5-3 but I'm not sure he even noticed, he just knows he scored! He ended up with the #6 jersey which he thought was just so cool, since he is 6 years old. It's funny how kids think about things. We were just so proud of him. He has games every Saturday for the next couple of months. I'll keep you posted.
