Jackson's Pumpkin Patch and Apple Orchard!

It was a cool start this morning as we headed out for our annual trip to Jackson's. We were so happy to see the sun make it's appearance not long after we arrived. The boys were so excited, they love the pumpkin patch and it has become a tradition that we didn't want them to miss. So , we all bundled up and conquered the cold! Who knew it would be 50 degrees here in the middle of October!
The boys were very excited to see the new slide they put in and went down it many, many, many times. Of course, they enjoyed the hay ride and had a great time picking out their pumpkins. They both picked out similar ones, taller skinny ones rather than the traditional short round ones that they usually pick. They are going to carve them out tomorrow after church- it is suppose to be sunny and little warmer tomorrow! I will post those pictures later. They both picked their favorite apple from the orchard store, I picked a caramel apple and daddy chose popcorn!

We all had a great time and were so glad we decided to go! We just love it! Now we feel like fall has officially arrived!
